RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH !!!!!
TODAY IS FULL OF CRAP !!!!
i started work happily... even thanked loudly by a group of gals..
when i was about to knock off... my manager told me i am supposed to knock off at 6.. so for the past few days that i knock off at 4.. i have to repay all the hours !! FUCK MAN !!! i was so angry to hear that.. coz my schedule just say till 4pm.. its not my fault !! i was told to follow my schedule tightly !!!!!!!!!!!! so now wad ?!?!
IDIOT !!! i planned to take the typhoid jab then meet bling bling... so when i was told to end at 6pm.. i felt so lost !! my whole plan was ruin !! the happiness i had was gone.. i just... sian....
i teared as i was really lost wad am i supposed to do then.. but thinking but.. i was just stupid enough to tear coz of that..
but wad really added to my madness was.. i locate the raffles medical group at amk for 30mins and they told me their typhoid vaccines were sold out.. so i went all the way to bishan.. locate the outlet there for 45mins.. asked at least 10 ppl.. nobody noes where is it.. by the time i found the clinic.. it was closed !!! waited an hour like an idiot for the clinic to re-open.. IT WAS RAINING HEAVILY SOME MORE !!!

why am i always so unlucky ?!?!?!

there is a stupid bitchy colleague at my work place !! stupid fat ass... she thinks she noes everything coz she worked quite long alr.. i sold some mints.. my manager asked me to.. then she said : 'jamie stop selling the mints'.. i was rolling my eyes as i ans.. who is she man !!
then when a customer wants his cake to be served now.. i told her thrice as she DIDNT reply !! i tot she didnt hear me as she was doing smth else.. then she said YA LA !!

WENT TO THE FOOD ASIA AT EXPO TODAY !!! met zhisin and jake... HAHA !!
my aunt helped me to register.. but she spelled my name wrongly.. 'jamin'... HAHAHAHA!! was given the title.. food nutritionist.. so whichever stalls i visited.. they asked me not to be so concerned about their nutritious value of their food !! LOL !!!!
its was very interesting and at times eye- opening !! see alot of new products that is not in the market yet.. and wun be sold at supermarkets.. had so much food 'tasted'.. HAHA !! so much drinks especially coffee as well !!
met alot of bosses !! had a dinner at a Japanese restaurant.. The boss is the VIP so when we entered the restaurant.. we were greeted by the manager and he said: ur room is ready.. SO COOL !!!!
had sake and red wine !! and i had more than a piece of sashimi.. first time in my 19yrs of life ! haha !! coz i nv take raw food.. the most was a piece of sashimi..

woo~~~~ had another workshop !!
had stage tests 1 to 3 oso !! 3 tests papers.. i think i 80% will fail !! haha !!
our training exec took the tests 3 times oso !! so bloody difficult !! HAHA!!!
work for 2 hours again.. how great if everyday is like today !! having a workshop again tml !! YEAH !! :D :D :D

first day of work at FOH.. did the role of a runner... was not given the badge stating i am under training.. everyone tot i am a trained server and asked me everything and everything !!! so blur !! i dun even noe the tables no. !! HAHA!!

yeah !! its my OFF DAY tml !!!!! HURRAY !!!
today is my last day of work in the kitchen.. phew !!! i survived !!!
i was informed that all the bosses are coming to review on my performance.. made me so scared and nervous.. but it was a false alarm -.-

went bishan to had dinner with jiayi.. while waiting for jiayi to arrived.. i spent almost 200 bucks in less than 30mins !! SHIT !!

BEGINING TO LIKE MY JOB !!! although i did washing up of all the super disgusting cutleries and bowls.. i find it rather fun !! getting myself a little wet !! HAHA !!
ended work and sat at the tables.. chatted happily with my colleagues and i missed my last bus and train !! -.-
didnt noe the train and bus service had ended.. tapped my card and realised there is no more train service.. walk to the bus stop... no more bus either.. luckily there is a cab coming to the taxi stand and i faster board it !!
dun mind taking taxi today actually.. coz my clothes are quite dirty !! forgot my apron !! HAHA !!
were asked to buy a shoe that has a high tongue -.- stupid !! i dun like new shoes !!
having smth known as REVIEW ON THE PERFORMANCE tml.. scared !! hopefully just asks me to sit down and we chat on my performance! HAHA :p

did closing... work till 11pm !!! my gosh!! i am really super tired !!!
although wad i did today was just watching.. as they were lack of staffs and i was assigned to grill.. they scared i scald myself.. so i was told to just watch.. and when closing.. they were scared that i might got wet.. so i was told to take a break and after the break.. i just wiped the fridge ! HAHA ! YEAH !!! thats wads good being a gal !! :)
but i managed to get my jeans covered with flour just by watching them clean.. haha !!
my colleague wanted to plan what i should do for closing.. but he scared the oil are too heavy and hot for me to throw and all the others heavy and dirty.. so he made up his mind and decided to let me just watch.. haha !!
were asked to throw rubbish.. watch again.. pushed the trolley that is in a super bad condition !! so difficult to control.. and we were almost trapped in the lift !!! we were supposed to go to level B2 but the doors cant open so it went to B3 and the lift sounded jammed.. then it finally go back to B2 and opened. haha !!
was told that i will be having a test on BOH soon !! wad the hell !!! if fail must retake until pass !! SHIT MAN !! must noe all the stupid theories !! have to take test although i am outside school!! sharks !!

went for early OM at 8am and only 6 attended !! it was quite fun !! i laughed like mad !!! they are seriously lack of manpower.. my manager is leaving on may.. well done.. who will give me my grades ?!
they said they want to teach me to be the manager.. haha !!! so lame..
and they tried to matchmake me with the assistant chef supervisor from bugis.. they keep saying he is a very good guy.. very rich.. alot cpf.. and of coz i laughed !! and they keep saying i am interested in him !! GOSH !!

work for 3.5 hours again today...i should repay the 2 hours i took today!! went to a beverage workshop.. so cool and fun !! get to noe more about wine and beer.. got the chance to go to the beautiful glass house and we got to make cocktails and drink them too !!! yum yum.. not bad... its much better than the basic food safety workshop ystd !!! ITS BETTER TO ATTEND WORKSHOP THAN GG TO WORK !!!

my colleague and i chatted away on the train and missed our stops !! and we were 5 mins late !!MUHahahahax !! after the workshop I Went PS for long john at PS with karen and hanis to 'celebrate' our ONE WEEK ANNIVERSARY !! HAHA !!

LEARNING TO GRILL TML!!! GOSH !! I AM SCARED !!!

work from 4pm to 6pm today... 2 hours again... worked at the pantry and was asked to tie my hair...
my colleague who was with me at the pantry damm haolian and bossy!! only colleague that is that shity!!!

gg to work at 8am tml for a meeting and then 11am at dhoby for a lesson and finally work from 3pm to 8pm!!! wad the hell !!

tired tired tired !!! super tired !!! first time i work until 8pm !! so late !!!
i am supposed to work at the pantry today.. but the schedule's print is too small and i didnt notice.. and i reported at work at the kitchen !! i sweat like mad !! AND nobody realized i am working at the wrong station -.- when someone asked me and checked at 5 plus pm.. the chef manager asks me to just stay as he need help..
but luckily the chef manager is there and i was asked to render help in very small and easy matters :D :D :D
i like the chef manager !! he is so nice !!! not bossy !! wun scold !!! but i think i not gg to work at the kitchen anymore :(

YEAH!!! work ended at 4pm instead of the scheduled 8pm.. was so sian when i noe i have to work from 1o to 8 today.. was cutting red chilli half way and my manager asked me to take a polaroid... my shirt was so dirty and my hair was so messy !!!
i cut 8packets of chilli !! cut a few lemons again.. was so scared i might cut myself and i was cutting damm cautiously.. HAHA !!
just now my colleague asked me to empty the whole pot of rice in a super big mixing bowl.. its so hot and heavy.. i so scared.. then the other colleague say.. just try.. its ok to fail.. then the other said.. ya its okay to fail.. but not okay to drop the rice. haha !!

2nd day of work !!! so tired.. just took a nap at my aunt's hse...
learnt how to make sauces today !! was quite fun.. staffs there are very friendly..
but i cut my finger :( was so scared... was quite painful... but after i stop the bleeding and put the plaster it was not as painful... after i cut myself.. all my colleague and the chef ask me to rest.. but i felt ok le..so i just watched them.. so for about one hour.. i did nothing..and they keep asking if i am okay.. coz i look pale. haha !! the chef say cutting finger is part and parcel of kitchen work.. he saw one part-timer cut off the flesh and went for stitches !!
the chef is very nice.. not bossy.. keep checking my wound b4 i had it plastered. he completed my tasks for me while i was resting.. after i rest.. i volunteered to continue cut some other stuffs. then the chef said dun cut ur fingers again hor.. want cut oso dun cut same finger same spot. haha !!
he keep saying next time i will be scientist or doctor.. so funny !!

have to work at 8am on sun !!! but i will be paid :p

TODAY IS MY FIRST DAY OF ATTACHMENT AT FISH&CO.
my gosh !!! the day started off with waiting for hanis and karen at the mrt... reached the HQ.. waited for the training executive to get himself ready.. he was super disorganized.. after the briefing and 'training' by the training exec.. we were asked to head down to our outlet...
reached my outlet at 2pm.. were asked to read the handbooks as they were too busy !! work proper started at 3pm and ended at 4pm !! after i knocked off.. i was told by my manager to get the kitchen's uniform from her.. waited 30mins.. no response.. asked for my uniform from 3 ppl.. and finally they told me they dun have it !!!!
so i went home !!!
WHAT I LEARNT TODAY : CUT LEMONS :D

went down to the fish and co. HQ to sign my LOA.. so rertarded.. waste of time.. could have asked us to do so on mon.. make us run down to sign LOA only.. the HQ is located at such a ulu place !! have to go down to work from there on mon ! :(
when mr.see ask hows the process of us signing LOA etc.. i was blurred.. thinking.. huh?! sign leave of absence for wad... then he said is letter of acceptance..

today is my 2nd last day of work at aranda.. and its ending in 22mins..
